The Commencement Processional starts at 10 AM sharp. Please plan to drop your graduating senior(s) off by 8:30 AM at the absolute latest! Seniors should report to the Hajjar STEM Center to check in, sit for the official class photo, and line up.
All seniors should be wearing their commencement gowns and carry their caps and tassels.
Pro tip: It’s best to hang the graduation gowns on hangers for a day or so to release the package creases.
The tent opens at 8:45 AM for seating on a first come-first serve basis. Please know there is no limit on the number of guests, nor are tickets necessary. Please be respectful of the “RESERVED” seating signs for our Faculty/Staff, Trustees, and others, which will be clearly marked.
The formal ceremony typically lasts approximately two (2) hours, and will be followed by an informal reception. Families typically stay for 45 minutes or so after the ceremony.
Parking on and near campus will be at a premium on Sunday. Please take this into consideration as you plan your timing of arrival. If your family needs include parking for anyone who is mobility challenged, please email the following information to the Class of 2024 Dean, Jeremy Meserole, (meserj@d-e.org): Name of driver, color, make, model, and license plate number of car
The Facilities Team and Englewood Police Department officers will be assisting with traffic flow.
